## Introducing OptimalDial Identity (public beta)

Every number now gets a second signal alongside Answer Intent: does it belong to the contact named on that row? Map a name column at upload — it’s on by default — and your file comes back with a nine-value OptimalDial\_Status that crosses both signals, plus optional OptimalDial\_Answer\_Intent and OptimalDial\_Identity columns. About one in five numbers on a bought list belongs to someone else, and every one of those is a wasted conversation — Identity returns a signal on 80–90% of a typical list, including numbers that never pick up. The new export builder lets you pick which tiers and which columns you download. Identity is in public beta and carries no separate charge — Standard is still 1 credit per number, MAX still 1.5. ## Add extra spam-monitored numbers to any plan

Every plan includes a set number of monitored caller IDs. If you need more, you can now add them yourself: $5/month per number, or $50/year per number on an annual plan. Added numbers get the same daily testing across AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, the same screenshot proof, and the same assisted remediation as the ones your plan includes. Add or remove them from your dashboard any time — no plan change required.

## Spam Monitoring is now in the API

You can now add outbound caller IDs, verify ownership, and read per-carrier spam status for AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon — screenshot proof included — straight from the API, no dashboard required. Two new webhook events, spam.detected and number.verified, fire the moment a carrier flags a number or a monitored line clears verification, using the same od\_live\_ keys and signed-webhook setup as the rest of the API.

## Introducing MAX Validation

You can now choose how thoroughly we validate each list. The new MAX tier studies answering behavior across more times of day and days of the week, flagging close to double the share of your list as likely answerers — so you come away with more total conversations from the same list. Pick Standard or MAX right at upload, or pass validation\_tier: "max" via the API.
