The Problem

## Your Reps Waste 5 Hours Every Week Sitting Through Voicemail

At 5% connect rates, your SDR makes 60 dials per day and reaches 3 people. The other 57 calls? Voicemail. That's 5 hours wasted per rep every week — $8,200 per year per rep spent on numbers that never pick up.

0% of cold calls go unanswered

### You're calling numbers that won't pick up.

Most people don't answer calls from unknown numbers — it's a consistent behavioral pattern. But some people do. Without knowing which numbers on your list actually pick up, your reps are dialing blind — burning through lists and hoping for the best.

02

### Your outbound numbers are showing up as “Spam Likely.”

Carriers like AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon are flagging your outbound numbers as “Spam Likely” or “Scam Likely.” Your prospects see the warning label on their caller ID and decline the call. The harder your team dials, the faster your numbers get flagged — and you have no way of knowing until your connect rates have already collapsed.

The Solution

## OptimalDial Fixes Both Sides of the Connect Rate Equation

Answer Intent

### Know who will pick up — before you dial.

Upload your call list. We analyze the answering behavior behind every number — not just whether it's valid, but whether the person on the other end actually picks up unknown calls.

Your list comes back sorted, best first. Reps work top-down and hit 25–30% connect rates instead of 3–5%.

Spam Monitoring

## Know when carriers flag you as spam — and we'll fix it.

Add your outbound caller IDs to OptimalDial. Every day, we test each number by calling real AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon devices — not APIs, not databases, actual phones. You see exactly what your prospects see. If a carrier flags your number, you get an alert with a screenshot of the flag and we handle the carrier remediation to get it removed.

OptimalDial Identity Public beta

## Stop burning conversations on the wrong person.

About one in five numbers on a bought list belongs to someone other than the contact named on that row. Your rep still dials it, still has the conversation, and still comes away with nothing.

OptimalDial Identity checks every number against the contact on that row, so the wrong ones are flagged before anyone picks up the phone. No new data source, no extra step — just a name column on the file you already upload.

Identity returns a signal on 80–90% of a typical list, including the numbers that never pick up. Tools that can only learn from answered calls reach a fraction of that.

48%

fewer wrong-number conversations

On one customer's 3,870-dial file, wrong numbers fell from 9.4 to 4.9 per 100 dials once they worked right-party first — and right-person connects per dial went _up_, not down.

FAQ

## Common Questions

[Talk to us →](#)

Does this actually work?

We analyze the answering behavior behind every number on your list. The numbers we flag as ‘Likely Answer’ connect at 25–30% on average — versus 3–5% without. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee so you can test it on your own data.

Is this just another data provider?

No. We don’t sell phone numbers. You bring your own data from Apollo, ZoomInfo, or wherever you source contacts. We tell you which numbers are worth calling, and whether each one belongs to the contact on that row. Identity judges the numbers you already have — it never supplies a different one.

Do I need to change my dialer or CRM?

No. You upload a CSV and get a CSV back with every number labeled with an OptimalDial Status, and you pick which tiers and which columns go into the export. Use whatever dialer you already have.

What about numbers that won’t answer?

Push them to email and LinkedIn sequences. You were probably doing multi-channel anyway — now you know which channel to prioritize for each number instead of guessing.

How does Spam Monitoring work?

We test your outbound numbers daily on real AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon devices — not API lookups. If a carrier flags you, you get an alert with screenshot proof and we handle the remediation for you. Both Answer Intent and Spam Monitoring are included in every plan.

How do I know the number belongs to the person on my list?

About one in five numbers on a bought list belongs to someone other than the contact named on that row, and each one is a conversation your rep wastes. OptimalDial Identity checks every number against the name on its row and flags the ones that don’t match — on 80–90% of a typical list, including numbers that never pick up. It runs on the file you already upload; all it needs is a name column. Identity is in public beta and carries no separate charge.

Do you have an API?

Yes. The OptimalDial API is a REST API with webhooks — submit lists, listen for processing events, and pipe results into your dialer or CRM. It’s included in every paid plan. See the developer overview at /developers or full reference at docs.optimaldial.com.
