  • Any additional data fields included in uploaded lead lists

3. Data Processing and Security

3.1. Purpose of Data Collection
OptimalDial collects phone numbers and associated contact information solely to provide data analysis and scoring services to our clients. We process this information to determine the likelihood that phone numbers will be answered when called.

3.2. Our Data Analysis Activities
As part of our analysis process, we may place test calls or otherwise interact with phone numbers using our own systems, infrastructure, and phone numbers. These activities are conducted by OptimalDial for our own data analysis purposes, not on behalf of or as an agent for our clients.

3.3. No Marketing or Sales Use
We do not use submitted phone numbers to make marketing calls, sales calls, or any calls on behalf of our clients. Any calls we make are strictly for data analysis purposes to generate scoring and predictions.

3.4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect data submitted by clients, including:

  • Encryption in transit and at rest
  • Access controls and authentication
  • Regular security audits
  • Secure data deletion protocols

3.5. No Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share contact data submitted by clients with third parties, except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

3.6. US-Based Service
OptimalDial processes US-based phone numbers only. We do not accept or process phone numbers from outside the United States.

4. Data Retention

We will retain your Personal Information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice. Client-submitted lead list data is retained only as long as necessary to provide our services and is deleted according to our retention schedule or upon client request. We will retain and use your Personal Information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

5. Data Transfer

Your information, including Personal Information, may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. Your consent to this Privacy Notice followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

If you believe your phone number has been submitted to OptimalDial and you have privacy concerns, please contact us at the email address above. Note that we provide analysis services only and do not control how our clients use our analysis or whether they contact you.

8. Security of Data

The security of your data is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We may update our Privacy Notice from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Notice on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Notice periodically for any changes.
